Materials for Environment and Healthcare

With ever increasing environmental concerns, there is a growing demand for the development of novel ‘environmentally-friendly’ materials that provides new challenges for material scientists and engineers.

We work to use science and engineering to improve the environment and provide solutions to pollution, environmental protection, and sustainable development. Active research areas include environmental remediation,  clean energy conversion, hydrogen generation, green manufacturing, and biofuels/metabolics
